Last updated 2026. These are the terms that apply when you buy a domain from Dommmain.
Who you're buying from
Dommmain is currently operated by an individual, trading as "Dommmain," while a formal business registration is completed. These terms apply to that operation regardless of its eventual legal structure.
Pricing
The price shown on a domain's page at the time of purchase is the price charged - we don't add fees at checkout. Prices can change at any time before a purchase is completed. If you'd rather negotiate, use the Make an Offer option instead of Buy Now.
No warranty on trademark or legal status
Every domain gets an automated trademark-conflict search before listing, but this is a heuristic search, not a legal opinion, and we make no warranty that a domain is free of trademark or other legal conflicts. You are responsible for your own due diligence before buying, especially if you intend to build a brand, product, or business around the name.
Domain transfer
After payment is confirmed, we initiate the domain transfer to your registrar account, typically within 1-3 business days. The sale is complete once you confirm receipt of the domain. We'll work with you directly by email to resolve any transfer issue.
Refunds
If we fail to complete the domain transfer within a reasonable timeframe of your payment (and any delay isn't caused by something on your end, like an unresponsive registrar account), you're entitled to a full refund. Because a domain transfer is effectively irreversible once complete, we do not offer refunds after a successful transfer.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email hello@dommmain.com first - we'd rather sort it out directly than have you go anywhere else.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
